When you authenticate using your Google Account, we collect the following limited information:

• Your Email Address: To identify your account and send service updates.
• Your Name: To personalize your dashboard.
• Google ID: A unique string of numbers used to securely link your Google identity to your Student Centered Services profile.

We use this information strictly to provide and improve the Student Centered Services platform. We do not use your personal information for marketing or advertising.

C. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Student Centered Services' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share your Google user data with third-party toolkits, ad platforms, or data brokers.

D. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information only as long as you maintain an account with us.

• Request Deletion: You may request that we delete your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing dwoestman@student-centeredservices.org.
• Process: Once a request is received, your data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days.
